We respectfully remember the LGBTIQ+ people killed in Colombia and open a space for conversation and community care.
On 9 July 2026 we held a public conversation and a candlelight vigil to make known, in the communities of La Ceja, Rionegro and El Carmen de Viboral, the LGBTIQ+ people who were killed in Colombia during the year. We spoke with respect, without turning pain into spectacle. We shared memory to honour the lives that are missing, to support one another and to strengthen our commitment to a life free from violence. Comfenalco Antioquia and Teatro Tespys provided the venue for the talks and supported the day.
