Compañía Cuerpo (“Body Company”) brings together open, travelling training programmes in theatre and dance, taking shape since 2022. We practise in a guided, disciplined way to develop skills, strengthen stage presence and create pieces. The sessions are open to anyone who wants to explore the performing arts and experiment with the body, movement and the stage. We want training to be a space for practice, encounter and creation, connected to the places where we meet.
